Peter Stubbs

Born in Warkworth and grew up in the Bay of lslands, then Foxton, then lnvercargill, then Nelson.

As a tertiary student I majored in art and physical education in Wellington.

I have lived in Blenheim for the past 30 years.

My interest in art is lifelong and my journey as an artist has been mentored by Randall Froude. He is an outstanding southern landscape painter who was for many years based in Kimbell.

I am inspired by many things, both the natural world and the world of imagination.
